where do i get my home school diploma?

You need a transcript and SAT or ACT scores to get into college. A diploma is only a decorative piece of paper.
ETA: If you didn’t use an outside agency such as a correspondence school, your parents need to make your transcript. If you were enrolled in a program, you should have been mailed a transcript when you completed the program. If they did not send you one, perhaps they send sealed transcripts on request directly to the colleges. sha_lyn68

I agree with the others, it’s not the pretty piece of paper that counts, it’s what’s in your head.
Do well on the ACT/PSAT and get your transcript in order:
