		<description>My advice would be to divide the two spaces.
In order to do this, it would be wise to get a divider of sorts.
For this room a large, two sided bookshelf would do the trick.
Put workout videos, weights, etc on the workout side...
...and put home schooling books, pencils, etc on the school side.
Paint the room one neutral color, though, to unify the spaces.
