Loosid asked: Do you think he will leave it alone on the Federal level? Will there be verbiage to persuade states to make it near impossible for the average family to choose this option?
Your thoughts?

Brit asked: I am searching for a home school group in Eastern Kentucky who doesn’t have a main biblical focus. I want my teen to feel welcome to pursue her education, and free to explore what feels right for her beliefs.
I am appauled to see that people have gone through and given individuals trying to help me, ALL a thumbs down! Thank you to all who responded and will respond.

dales girl asked:
I am thinking very serious about taking my children out of public school and homeschool them. I don’t know much about homeschooling. Our public schools are (in good words) the pits, and I want a better atmosphere and education for my children. Where can I get some good info.

I live in Virginia, I want home schooling, or I want to get emancipation and drop out, because I have the requirements of the emancipation process, I’d rather get an education, but I do not want to be in the alternative school that I am in now.
What are the requirements for home schooling and how do you get it?

lsupergeorgel asked:
School is really getting in the way of my education. I think I’d learn much more if I could stay home and teach myself. How do I do this? How does home schooling work? Are there home schooling books? Is there some type of home school organization? Or do I just quit school and get some books?

Susan T asked:
I am thinking about home-schooling my children, ages 7 and 11, and I know there are different curriculum’s for homeschool. I don’t know where to go to find out about homeschooling resources or how to compare the different programs. In addition, what resources are available to home-school parents? How can you suplement the social aspects, art, PE, and other programs offered in school. I would like to find the program that is right for my children and encorporate all of the additional activities to create a well rounded education for them.
