I don’t have any High school grades because I am home-schooled. Problem with colleges?

Not at all. Just state that. The all colleges will require you to take an exam and thats where they’ll see how well your doing. El Moreño

It might be a problem with some colleges, others don’t care about the grades or GPA either way because parents can lie about it on a transcript if they aren’t honest. The absolute best indicator of your readiness to attend college is taking the ACT and/or the SAT; that’s what most colleges are going to really focus on when they look at your admission application. If you haven’t taken either of those tests go online and register ASAP. Students should really take those two tests at least two or three times each during their high school years, then the colleges you apply to will take your best scores. Each college is different and it helps if the student absolutely knows where they want to go to college while they are still in high school, but that isn’t always the case. Call and talk to the admissions officer at the colleges you might be interested in to find out directly from them what their policies are.

You could try that. However, college admissions officers like to be able to enter certain information in their spreadsheets and sometimes freak a little if they can’t. So, it might be worth using the test scores you got at the end of each year to pull together some sort of GPA. Or ask the college admissions officer about it; many have an application procedure for homeschoolers that depends more on test scores and recommendations.
