    Generally speaking, you can expect to pay anywhere from $20 to $75 an hour, depending on the part of the country and the subject area being taught.

    That depends. I doubt your parents will expect you to pay them to homeschool you, but if they actually want money for it, that’s up to them. i_come_from_under_the_hill

    Typically you don’t hire a homeschool teacher by the hr. Some use a weekly tutor for a subjct they have trouble in.
    Normally the parents are the teachers, but by highschool, the student usually uses self guided materials. sha_lyn68
