In California, it is simple. Community colleges accept anyone over the age of 18, regardless of how they were educated. High school graduates, homeschooled students and people who have dropped out are accepted at our community colleges. Community colleges here are meant to be a route for *everyone* who wants a higher education to obtain one. Other states may have other requirements, but they all accept homeschooled students. Call the community college you're interested in to find out specifically what you need. canoso

Homeschoolers routinely attend community college to complete high school.
Colleges at all levels (community, state university, private, ivy league) accept homeschoolers. Many times homeschoolers have enough community college credits at the end of high school to enter a university as a 2nd-3rd yr transfer student instead of applying as a recently graduated high school student. sha_lyn68

It kind of depends on the collage...but YES!! It is basically the same thing as a high school diploma, as long as you have proof of graduating and completing all the mandatory credits...GOOD LUCK!!!!! 55555
