Can I be able to home school myself?

Ohio only requires school attendance for those between the ages of 6 and 18 so you are no longer required by law to attend school. Therefore you are not required to follow Ohio law when it comes to home school regulations. Yes, you could teach yourself. I would check out
that way you can complete your studies. DCK2003
